I miss my 16" Panasonic, moved and she got left out in the rain to die. Nice and bright, clear picture and it got so hot you could cook toast on the top of it.

I just bought one a month back for my 486 rig, the old USAWIN! 220watt in my Pentium rig blew and killed the motherboard. So far It works really well and being a 12 pin AT psu it does not require an adapter which is nice

Also the k6-2 is unlikely to work as it is a SS7 cpu, the 233mhz mmx should work with the VRM, might without it. for now I would say stick your 100mhz classic in there to be safe. Finding the backboard is the major problem with this setup, along with the proprietary case.

If you are having trouble finding an AT power supply, you can buy a brand new Athena Tech 300watt from Newegg for around $20 and I am not sure about the VRM but I would assume it would be for Pentium mmx cpu's with split rail voltage. The older pentiums ran off of a single voltage and latter ones …

478 p4 is always a good option for a xp box. Depending on your needs you can get anywhere from a 2.0ghz NorthWood to a 3.4ghz Prescott with an abundance of agp options and such. There is a place in Seattle that sells complete p4 rigs for $25 a piece! (just an example of how cheap Pentium 4's are …

I used the Vista patch I found to install Starsiege and get it running on my 7 rig. Worked for a month and then I installed some Windows updates. Stopped working completely and I just kind of gave up on it 🤣

I have that same board and it is amazingly stable That is one of the best BX boards that anyone could want. Picked it up for $15 2 years ago with a 266mhz p2 :D threw in a 450mhz p3, windows 98se with mem and usb tweaks, 1gb of pc133 (because I could :p) and a geforce2 64mb. Gave it to my best …

I am not an expert here, but if I remember right the amount of cache ram limits the max amount of ram. 256k limits you to 64mb 512k limits you to 128 and 1mb you can go up to 256mb (if I remember right) once you get your cache see if it is stable and let us know!
