I recall there was a program that automajickally allowed you to do this, so I don't see the big deal. Maybe it's even the program that he references. In either case, I hate TechTV. They dish out crappy, unintelligent, biased information, and too much of it.

XP's crappy internal emulation at work. Make sure you're not using IRQ5, and instead are using IRQ7 (what VDMS runs at by default).

I love the Super Eagle engine. It's great. It has edge detection, and then smoothes it. Look at any game's title screen on the SNES, for example. Some modes it doesn't work on (Mode 7) but for the most part it rules.
