I recently noticed that behavior in SVN builds has altered somewhat; using config -wc dosbox.conf always creates the conf file in AppData instead of the DOSbox.exe directory; seems -wcp is the required param to create conf files in the DOSbox.exe directory, now. Run DOSBox with DirectX driver. (SDL_VIDEODRIVER=DIRECTX) That is already mentioned for compatibility in unofficial manual (DOCS\SVN-specific manuals).

Looks nice, sergm. I noticed that cmake does not produce files for compilers with your qt branch(mt32emu-qt). Also, can you provide a dosbox patch which loads the current mt32emu library, too? The existing patch for dosbox does not work with the latest munt probably due to the structural change.

Fluidsynth library is missing? You can set C_FLUIDSYNTH to 0 if you don't have to load soundfonts. Dirent API for MS Visual Studio is here: http://www.softagalleria.net/download/dirent/

mp3cue patch is already applied to the source. So you have to get rid of it in order to remove SDL_sound dependency. In the complete MIDI soundtrack recorded by Quest Studios, the tune starting around 17:10 ("The Widow") has awful suspended notes with Munt but not with my CM-64 nor with my CM-500.
