If you want small VIA based PC with LPT port then Wyse Vx0 Thin Client (V90 is Windows XP based) may be a good choice. https://www.parkytowers.me.uk/thin/wyse/vx0/. They have "normal" award BIOS, so I think DOS is doable. (edit typo)

Try to run exe with /GENHEX argument. According to the text inside the file it should create hex file /GENHEX Creates an ASCII file of the code for use with prom programmers.

I'd try to add network card Ethernet options for old DOS-machine (8086, 8-bit isa, serial and parallell ports) and use it with etherdfs. Works great with my 286 !

I think it is not worth to torture Pentium MMX with such a high voltage. Performance increase is minimal and you risk burning your CPU. If your motherboard supports lower voltages, you may try AMD K6-2 400 MHz (it interprets 2x multiplier as 6x - so 6x66MHZ = 400MHz).

This chip is probably rebranded Creative chip (same as on Dell OEM SB0200). Han Jammer have/had also this card (with drivers).
