I know this card well... it worked on some motherboards I tried it on but not on others depending on the front side bus clock i.e. 33MHz and 40MHz. The second motherboard was a total chance, didn't know if it would work going by the seller feedback. This one is a DTK (with DTK chipset)... onboard cache, and it came with an SXL-40 CPU. At 20 euros, nobody touched it surprisingly, but it works.
