This doesn´t mean the voltages are correct under heavy load or at startup and that the voltages are "clean" = without ripple. I would recommend trying a known good (new) PSU, because PSU problems can cause all kinds of - weird - issues. And better be careful with cleaners at high density connectors …

I am hesitant to use the QD electronics cleaner on the Slot A connector. I don't recall where I heard it but I recall somewhere that it creates a film on the pins which can be an issue, and I already have enough of those.
