And as for the heat, just add a fan to put on the V3 heatsink (or a Banshee or a fanless Riva TNT2 etc). A big silent one will cover more of the card's other components too. Voodoo3 lack's most AGP features, hence the PCI version being as fast as the AGP version. AGP x2 uses 3.3volt keyed slot's and so does Voodoo3-AGP cards.

Gigabyte GA-5AX or Asus P5A are good boards. Make shure you have the right revisions though. For GFX, go for TNT2-Ultra/Pro or Voodoo3-3000/3500.
