If possible, post a picture so that others can see what type of fan-heatsink setup you have there. They'll be able to provide the best advice for your card just by looking at them.

Ermmm...would zipping some large files using 7-zip at Ultra compression level, be able to squeeze-out some more space from that cd, so that you can add in some more?
