What framerates are you seeing in the games that aren't running both GPUs at 100%? Is vsync disabled? If not and it is not fast enough to run at the refresh rate of the monitor then the fps is going to be cut in half of the refresh rate.

@sketchus You have a PM. GOG still sells worms, so that is probably why you can't find a download anywhere. Team17 still exists, so you may have some luck contacting them to see if you can get an image of the original disk. Or maybe they will even give you a replacement copy via GOG or something.
