The on-motherboard cache does not support 133Mhz FSB on most super 7 motherboards. You can safely use the on board video card despite the blocked pin. Just take a needle, heat it up with a lighter and stick it in the covered pin hole to open it up. After that you can plug any monitor in.

Definitely grounding issues. Could be that the outlet you plugged it in is not grounded the ground cable on the PSU is not connected to it's chassis anymore, or the power cable you're using is damaged. Most likely culprit - the power outlet.

I've used a 5v eeprom in the LS486e by mistake for a few hours - weirdly enough it worked fine. I was trying out different bios versions and didn't notice until later that one of the eeproms I was using was 5v.

Leadtek had lots of fan designs installed on their GTS/PRO line - 3 types to be precise. And the only GTS with 366MHz (183 DDR) ram I know of is OEM Leadtek used by some east european PC builders back in the day.
