I'd say no. Most cards from known manufacturers I came across are dead or artifact. Issues include bad BGA joints (confirmed by re-flowing an ASUS card witch worked for two days before developing problems again), bad capacitors or mosfets witch ruined the GPU or VRAM and overclocking. ya need to get yourself a nice 5:4 or 4:3 LCD (or CRT if you swing that way) monitor. Personally I can't stand playing 4:3 games on a widescreen monitor - that stretched image ticks me off.

yeah, score is way to low. You should be getting 5000-5500 points. Try reinstalling windows (i take it you are running 98) and then doing a clean install of 4.43 and forceware 43.xx

Looks good. To finish it off, leave it in a tray of cola for a few hours, then brush off the excess corrosion. I'm working on a SB16 myself (CT2290) - horrible rust on the thing, but came out great. Will have to replace the jacks tough, they are toast - and the I/O cover is rusted trough.
