That's a similar case these DTK systems used in the Pentium Pro haul: download/file.php?id=57782&mode=view Pretty sure Enlight made those. Later models of that case had two USB ports in the front, bottom center. Unfortunately, I sold off mine cheap and even gave some away.

Trust me, I still have two of my five NOS Inwin cases from the 2018 PPro haul and the original box is nothing to write home about. Make sure to download the diagram that comes with the case from my sleeper build post. That came in the box with each case. Kinda cool.
