The Abit AV8 can underclock very well. I was using SysTool https://www.techpowerup.com/systool/ Board will lock up in Windows when clocking below 200-MHz. You have to reboot but the FSB will stay below 200-MHz https://valid.x86.fr/vy9hfi

The KT7A 1.3 should overclock up to 150-MHz FSB CL2 and more (never pushed it any further to be honest). With a proper Bios even the 2600+ XP-M is getting detected and you can undervolt it Re: My 3DMark01 Mega Thread

I would call it accetable then. Drivers seem to be fine. I guess textered is right and W98 isn't the first choice OS for NFS U. Well, every game after 2002 should run better under 2k/xp. You could still try your luck with raw MHz Power 😀

Make a shortcut to each 03 and 05 3DMark exe and add "-nosysteminfo" (without quotation marks) Give it a try. Hanging systeminfo could be the culprit.

Yes, just tested it. You need to have KernelEx installed otherwise it won't run. SI3.DLL error.I Just corrected my post. 3DM03 V360 works. 3DM05 locks up the system.
