3DM03 build 360 can be run under Windows 98, so it should work under ME. Try again by adding "-nosysteminfo" (without quotes) to the exe (shortcut). Same goes for 3DM05. KernelEx and SP 2.1 installed.

If you don't mind beeing time correct, I can only recommend a Athlon 64 setup based on a VIA Chipset. DOS (Win98)/XP is working perfectly fine with all drivers installed. Maybe the Quadro drivers are the the culprit.Professional CAD OpenGL stuff. Try some older drivers. GF2 came with 5.xx Detonators. 40.xx Forceware might have broken something.

The caps shouldn't pop as long as you stay as low as 110°C. Remember to clean the oven afterwards :wink: In this guide they even recommend 220°C, which is kinda risky imho. The card itself looks like a dumper find. If you really want it, you can try to bake the naked card with the cooler removed in a stove for 10mins at about 110 degrees celcius.
