Pretty sure the adapters I've been using have been doing UDMA. They're the same type as were squished above. I'll check for everyone later today.

Just to confirm as it's not mentioned, does your motherboard supply the CPU VRMs from the 12V rail? If so, you should be comfortable with a modern ATX12V PSU.
