3dfx cards are fine for DOS compatibility, although they're less available than older nVidia cards. Matrox cards are known to be subject to glitches in DOS, although a G400 might be fine with SW.

So how the f**k then if many bad/trash/junk/garbage capacitor brands can live so long, as they are all proven to be total trash, and you say the japan capacitors will fail how will that happen ? Off brand caps aren't always complete trash and not all caps operate in particularly challenging …

This is not recommended. You don't know what conditions nor how long those caps were in operation. How so ? The japan caps specially rubycon, panasonic, sanyo/nippon, all of that capacitors are proven to be really well made, so they are not going to leak any time soon. Im even sure they are better …

You may be able to use a Yamaha PCI card with DSDMA instead, but the Intel 9xx series chipsets aren't great with DOS.
