The Maxi Pro will be doing DAC->ADC via the daughtercard. Unless you're in a high EMI environment, I suspect you'd be well off to stay analog for that card.

The image uses the stock kernel and modules, but I believe I've made some changes in the config.txt and cmdline.txt files. You can mount the Raspbian SD card on another machine, copy the files, then mount the MUNT equipped SD card and copy the files to it. That will restore the sequence to stock.

A base clock like 75mhz will only be problematic for non robust PCI and AGP devices. I ran a K6-2 at 450mhz (6x75) for literally years with no issue and never had a problem with stability, so it's definitely viable.
