Thought it might be an interesting topic. AVP 2 gets my vote especially the parts where you're crawling in the air ducts knowing you're fixing to get bit in the rear. Doom3 gets me pretty good too.

I enjoyed the game; it's probably my favorite of the Build-engine games. It's got some interesting environments and weapons.
