Bleach might work. I sanded yellowed plastic parts before, but with it being a keyboard I would not sand it. It will never feel the same again. You could plasti dip or die the keys.

Not to post 3 times in a row. but I replaced all the caps and will be finishing setting it up soon. I replaced the 5 1/4 inch drive with a seconed 3 1/2.
