Yep, dual 450w 6990s and a qx9650 with 6 raptor hdds and 4 2gb stick of ddr2. It will dump about 1600w of heat under full luad.

rust-oleum and plasti dip. No need to remove the rust. But it better if you do. And dont bother with a Dremel or grinder. The sheet metal is likly to thin and yout could brun through or vaporize the zinc coating. A orbital sander would be a much better idea. Better yet just use sand paper.

AGP to PCI adapters are out there. But they are very colstly and you would be better off woth a pci card or pcie to pci adapter.

If its on the network it can get hit. A pc doesn't need to be attached to it at the time of infection. But it certainly helps. I seen malware jump subnets to connect to systems not attached to the infected host. Its not all that common but it happens. In fact a earlyer this year I cleaned up a mess …

What if I want to switch to disk2 when I have 5 disks in the drive? dose it eject disk 3, 5 and 5? or can to switch to disk 2 from 5? and so on?

I started to put together my new c2 setup. OK so a c2 system is not quite retro, but its far from new. with any luck I'll have it done in time to use as a heater this winter. 1600w of fun 😎 Should heat the upstairs part of my home.

Ok, I made up my mind on the water cooling setup. Ill use a 240mm in the front, 120mm in the back and up top. If I put a 240mm up top ill have to lose my ls120 drive. And putting a 360mm in the bottom will fit, but be a nightmare with geting the tubing routed. A good 240 and two 120mm sould do the …
