Yes, just did it a few weeks ago on a clean install. I tried and it said I needed service pack 2 and then terminated. I installed service pack 2 and it installed fine. Tommaso

Ok, I kind of cheaped out. I just added my SD card as a secondary hard drive and used Windows back up to make a back up of my C drive, a full back up not incremental. Thanks for the quick response! I will try norton ghost as I have a cd already burned. I didnèt realize most are self booting and can image a drive regardless of OS. I just wonder if the Fat16 will be a problem. I will report how it works, thanks! Tommaso

I have an IBM Aptiva with Windows 95b on it will all the original software that originally came with it. It looks as though it is new from factory and never used much at all. What I want to do is somehow clone the hard drive so that if it goes bad, all I will have to do is put another cloned drive …

I believe I have the exact same card in my turbo xt. It is a Monochrome, CGA, EGA G7-B Juko 8-bit ISA 256 kb video ram Some had composite out, others did not, which was some what rare. A very nice card. Hope this helps! Tommaso

It looks to me your serial mouse is on IRQ 4, but I could be wrong. The confusing part is it comes up in two places, so good question. I would think IRQ 4, but may be someone more knowledgeable can answer why it shows up in too places. Sorry I can't be of any real help. Tommaso

If your U3 disk is a flippy disk, then you don't have the 1987 version, and thus copying to 3.5 inch won't help you. You also would need to use a HD 3.5 inch disk, which XT floppy controllers normally don't support. I suppose it's apparently too much to ask that you try the FORM-CL utility I have …
