I used an XT-8088 clone, a 386SX, and never seen a time code for this condition. Maybe a TSR program, a Shell? maybe your computer was used on some industrial environment, for starting a motor, CNC, production line. Regards!

Hi: First, put a new battery, mandatory. Mobos without battery act weirdly. second, try to upgrade the bios to latest version, some features are added or corrected (boot form USB, IDE, Sata) Download BIOS HERE then try again, good luck. 😉
