Anything that lists the minimum requirements as "Windows 3.1(1), Windows NT 3.51, Windows 95" is likely Win32s compatible... There are also a very few programs that were designed for Windows 3.1, but that can't run on Windows 95 at all. The one I know of is CorelDraw 3.0.
