I have seen that kind of soldered cables a few Times on Creative cards. It may be some construction mistake or something, corrected in the next revision of card. You should chceck what week is this card from - if it (compareing to some others CT3900) is an early card it may be the reason. That just …

Just received a couple Slot-T adapters. It's Slot 1 to PGA370 for Tualatins CPU made by Upgradeware. On beautifull blue PCB - perfect for my blue GA-BX2000+ Nice hit. Is this passive adapter full supporting P3-S or only few Celerons T core? I own similar adapters and they not supporting P3-S line. …
