Dunno, slockets are very common over here, I have accumulated them over 20 different pcs over years, most with voltage and fsb adjustment.

Early VRM allows going down to 1.8v not 2.0v. And even if you use Slocket that allows for voltage setting, you will not get below 1.8v if your board has old type VRM. Jumpers on the slocket just set the VID to either 0 (low= short to GND) or 1 (high=open or VCC). Exactly the same effect as you get …

I got 11024 points with my Supermicro P3TDE6 with dual PIII-S 1.4GHz, 2GB RAM and 6800 (vanilla, non-Ultra, but pipelines opened and slight overclock (~10%). With Xp.

It mostly depends on the VRM (whether it is supporting voltages below 1.8v). But even if it is early type, you can mask a pin or few and get the CPU running at 1.8v which is just 0.15v to 0.05v over stosk, depending on specified voltage (1.65v, 1.7v, 1.75v). Did the 4th FSB jumper mod to XG-DLS. It's PLL fully supports 133/33 operation but Asus omitted FS3 jumper for some reason which means 133MHz was only possible with PCI at 44 MHz (totally unacceptable). Soldered a jumper header with center pin going to PLL pin 9 through 10k resistor, now it works …

Yeah, I know the function, just was wondering why these were omitted from mine. But Jumperless? any ideas? I really want to get this thing alive, have some plans with it, like adding a 4th FSB jumper for 133/33 MHz 😉 It already has correct clockgen.
