My guess would be an OEM / bulk product from PowerColor (the R97-C3G on the front label is their style of model #). Is this the FN45 V1.0 or V2.0? And did you change the DDR voltage to 2.7v at any point? It is well known that changing this option can kill FN45’s within a short space of time. Nice build and project log! Enjoyed the read. Did you have the modify the zalman zm80c to get the OP1 fan to fit? Lots of resources online suggest the OP1 is only compatible with the zm80d (which is pretty much the same as the C, but has blue heatsinks and dual heatpipe)

Yeah as someone else said pretty much the entire 3d Prophet line had blue pcb. I’ve got a 9700pro and 9800pro from Hercules with blue pcb’s and they look awesome!
