I will be receiving an allegedly faulty Voodoo Rush in the mail soon, and going by the many detailed photos of the card I inspected beforehand it seems to be a matter of straightening pins on the TMU and the FJR. Assuming I get it to work, what kind of PC does it make sense in?

Replaced the rattling ball bearing fan on an FSP 300W PSU with a brushless Xigmatek fan, and it's a very silent unit now. I will be using it in my Socket A Duron1300/Voodoo3 Win98/DOS build.

I never had issues with FSP power supplies. They are good in my book. Most are good, but some older ones were known to use bad caps. Other wise they are all good. I have found a fairly clean 350W AOpen PSU from the early 2000s that has a 30A 5V rail.. It's only 8 bucks, maybe I should just buy it..

Came across a Creative CT2800 Sound Blaster Vibra 16 with genuine OPL3 that was not in my collection, so I grabbed it for 7 bucks. This brings my Sound Blaster 16 collection to 9 distinct models. Let's hope I get a CT1740 as the 10th (been looking for one for years...)
