Was parting out a 286 found this card in it and not finding much info on it. Any help would be appreciated

I ended up finding a dell tb vortex 2 and its compatability is pretty good. I am still looking into a mb swap for one with isa. But then again if the games i play are supported may not be worth it.

I wnded up trading the card out for a montego ii and solved my issues with some bios changes

Update. I installed today and used phills computer lab drivers and it is up and running great
