Everything worked out fine with the 15pin pass through cable. I found a Diamond s3 Virge bundle with a Diamond voodoo for 30euros. So I currently use this combination. Haven't tested the onboard yet with the voodoo but I'm sure it will work. offtopic: I'm baffled about how good GLQuake looks!

Problem solved after reinstalling the same drivers. No problem right now with CT4810, played Carmageddon 3dfx with sound. If problems reappear I'll try Win98SE. As for the Live! I'll try to test it on another system with Linux. Thanks!
