it is not like windows xp really needs more than 512MB of ram to be honest if you dont want to do any patches or limit otherwise how much ram win98 sees and want to go dual boot. I dont think it was normal to have more ram than that in early 2000s.

Nice winxp pc. I have a similar build with E8500 and 780ti. It used to be win7 pc, so it has 8GB of ram even if winXP can only use half of it.

IIRC you need HDMI 2.0 or DP 1.1 which would be around the GTX 600 series for nVidia, Intel HD 630 (There are reports of HD500 series supporting it too but unconfirmed), AMD is a bit vague …

I have one more question, is amd 386 33Mhz cpu equal to intel 386 33Mhz cpu that you if you benchmark one board with one cpu and the other board with the other cpu at the same time would it give reliable info about which motherboard performs better?

It depends on what games you want to play. Since I made my core 2 duo winxp system to play newer winxp games with higher resolution I did just put 780ti that I had from my previous computer in it.

Not sure why exactly but I tried running 3dmark01 with 45.23 driver and it dropped score from 18588 to 16293, so it does not seem like 45.23 version is fastest driver at least for 5950 ultra and 3dmark01.

This whole thing ended up being my mistake. Nothing happened when I connected the drive because it wasn't recognized by winXP. I realized that it wasn't recognized in the winXP because saw that it was a GPT drive when I connected it to my main PC.
