You could simply do that using a DOS menu. Install Windows 98 as normal, then duplicate the Windows folder, so you have e.g. WINDOWS and WINDOWS.BAK (do this within Windows). Set BootGUI=0 in msdos.sys. Now create a DOS menu with two entries: "Boot current Windows" and "Switch Windows installation". …

Zoltrix Audio Plus 6400 PnP V2 seems to fit. I'm a bit confused that I can not find a datasheet of the 8329A. Found at least all drivers for the card.

Would it be possible to add a "mirror" switch to adlipt.exe that specifies whether or not the data is still send to 0x388 after intercepting? I'd like to use OPL2LPT and an OPL3 on a sound card at the same time, for testing.

Just get a branded driver, e.g. from Diamond or Terratec. I meant a real mixer in form of a Windows application. Can't remember where it appears after installation, but it is included for sure.

@voodoo5_6k: Yes, GUI and mouse. While it was a copy from Xerox, Apple made it available to the masses. Just like with the 1st Mac, the iPhone, etc. I don't support that, as I think Apple didn't do anything than stealing ideas, but that's how history goes.
