So today I fired it up again with a overdrive 75 and vlb card. thanx for the tips but unfortunately this is how I ended up on 50mhz... started with 33 on overdrive 75 = booted had parity errors put in amd 133 on 33 = booted = booted had parity errors tried amd 133 on 40 = booted had parity errors so I though try a older cpu with less interval care, tried a few …

yeah I put heat paste on everything with a heatsink it never hurts. Also the way I like to see it, on microscopic levels no surfaces are totally flat so the paste helps to fit those gaps on heatsink and cpu, everything touching

4. The clockcrystal. Shouldn't that be a 66mhz if you want to work with a DX-33/DX2-66? dx33 is 1x33 fsb dx2 is 2x33 fsb so I think should work ok with the 33mhz crystal in there, probably has a jumper for clock half or full

do you have manual/jumper settings for your board? cache usually needs to be set by jumpers for correct size and possibly bank location
