As mrau said, the PIII does not have all the instruction sets that Win 10 needs. However, you could always go for Windows 7. It should install with 512MB RAM. Might be even worth trying to upgrade to Win 8 to see if that bypasses its requirements.

Just paired a 3,4GHz Prescott (SL7PP) with an Asrock P4i65G. Despite using a stock cooler (copper center), it is actually running quite cool. I am honestly pleasantly surprised! 😎

Can confirm here as well, this behavior is normal. In fact, if your only 3D card is the Voodoo 1, then it defaults to single buffer and you can't change it at all (the box will be grayed out)! The same goes for 3dmark 2000. I think it's because of the 2mb texture memory not being enough.
