I have links here for ATi Rage2/2+ OpenGL drivers and earliler Mach64/Rage1 and Rage Pro non OpenGL drivers for NT 3.51 and we have many NT4.0 OpenGL drivers available for ATi second/third generation Rage cards, but not for Rage2c/Rage3 NT3.51 so directly.
