Yes the system is oc, but the pci express bus is locked at 100 or 101 mhz, also as posted before, I tried to load the default setting, so undone the overclock but it didn't help.

Yes I do, with added and updated microcodes since I use a Xeon cpu, I also tried to load the bios default setting but again it didn't help.
