I ran CHKCPU program to find out CPU speed. When in normal mode my AMD 5x86-P75 @ ( 4x33mhz. ) 133mhz. shows up as running at 133mhz and L1 cache ENABLED When I turn on Turbo the CPU shows as running at 119mhz and L1 cache ENABLED. I would connect the "-" and "+" to a 5v fan header on your motherboard. An then fool around with the jumpers until you get the desired LED numbers.
