Mounting cubes are expensive. I think I might just print some cubes. And the new photos look fantastic! I'm going to print the new shell tonight.

Yeah. The case is just tall enough for an mATX (244x244mm) or MiniITX (170x170mm) board. A regular ATX PSU will be somewhere around 150x86x140mm. Thinking out loud....I wonder if something using two Ls would be plausible, easier to print. Maybe something with through holes or somethgin that allowed a finished 275x275x5mm flat surface to be installed over it.

I was going to start from an mATX template and go from there. Why is it 275mm tall instead of 75mm tall?

Awesome. Do you plan to use a bender, plexiglass hinges, acrylic cement, glue, JB weld? I'm considering printing a U-shaped mobo tray (case, really) but I think I need some of those square nuts to test fit with some card board first. I kind want to do a modern case window to show off the internals …

Tweaked my slicer settings and got it down to 67.5 hours print time at 50% infill.

Good luck! You might want to do some smaller prints to get an opportunity to get to know and tune the printer before taking on larger projects like this though. Or if you're too impatient for that, at least begin with the smaller parts :) I have maybe 1000s of hours 3d print experience so I'm …

Picked up a FlashForge Guider II and some Inland PLA+ Bone White. Looks like this will be a 90+ hour print at 0.08mm at 100% infill. Wish me luck 😁

BTW, I work for IBM subsidiary, Red Hat. I’d recommend finding a Product Marketing Manager or similar title on LinkedIn. There was also Connor Krukosky that found a novel way to get a mainframe job in 2016. Maybe he knows some folks involved in IBM history keeping. https://www.fastcompany.com/ …

I thought the SiS552LV was a predecessor to the Vortex86 line. SiS processors tech was acquired from Rise before being sold to DM&P and extended into the Vortex86 line.

I was the first to suggest an `alias` command in FreeDOS over 20 years ago (https://marc.info/?l=freedos-dev&m=90221491027840&w=2). It was implemented shortly there after. As with 4DOS, you can install FreeDOS Command.com and get alias functionality that way too.
