I've used some of the beige appliance stuff but I've founded that it matches slightly yellowed ABS plastic rather than plastic that retained the white color.

Picked up this tiny little Via machine at the thrift shop between classes today. 2 PCI, 1 ISA and a nice bunch of ports on the back so I think it'll make a nice little retro box. 128MB PC133 I believe. I've always loved IBM design style. The later black cases have a very satisfying corporate-dystopia feel to them like something they would have imagined the future looking like in the 90s.

I adjusted mine with a regular Phillips head. Everything you need to touch with the screwdriver for adjustment is made of plastic so if you have a steady hand I think you'll be fine. I've had some luck using a program called Pegasus Mail in windows 98. Their site says 3.1 is supported though I've never tried it.

The LPX standard wasn't very standard, I think most of these are proprietary and motherboard specific.
