And a DX4 100Mhz can’t mitigate the bad performance of the 40000? on my DX2 is very slow when multiple sprite are on screen, this type of problem is more relative to CPU or Graphic card? because where the screen are free from enemy the game run not bad.

ok, not my ideas are more clear, I thought that the cd-rom drivers (apart from scsi) were universal, so they are not, I will keep my ide disks. Thanks to those who gave me information about it

ok, you clarify some thing that i not know, i be more direct. Booting pc from a Windows95 original floppy 1.44Mb boot, the system load automatically the driver (like it do for the IDE drive) that allow to install windows 95 from the cd inserted in the atapi cd-rom or i must modify the config.sys??

because i like internal (nice to look) stuff. I not like external cable and external psu ecc... I remember seeing ls-120 written in computer bios in the past. in mine it is not present. the 250/100 zip still works from DOS with the drivers loaded in memory right?

I have discover something.... My mainboard in the jumper settings show me to set the 5x86 P75 at 3,3V but on the cpu i have discover that is indicate 3,45V. After setting the cpu at 3,45v instead 3,3 the system boot. It is under stress test now to confirm this hypothesis...
