At work we use D-Link DKVM switches. They work with everything. Is there a reason not to? Though those don't have audio. Edit.: Though now that I look, there are ones with audio but those don't have USB. KVM-121

It's probably a 64bit OEM version. I found an ebay listing where on the images it's shown while tuned on. And some Korean site with a couple of high resolution images where some branding is showing. Maybe you can contact the ebay seller with the question.
