Where's the battery on this motherboard? Is that Huston Tech chip some non-standard curse like the DALLAS chip on many boards? Yep, the pinout, AFAIK, should be the same. You can solder pins onto ordinari SIMM modules or you can replace SIPP sockets with SIMM sockets on motherboard. Both should be okay.

Just found out that EzDrive has a ezmem.sys, that you can load in the beginning of config.sys that frees up the ~5000 bytes the EzDrive overlay initially takes. (Probably moves it away to somewhere else) So you can have DDO (the cake) and have the full 640kB of conventional memory. (and eat it too) …

2) Don't know exactly about ontrack, but EzDrive has a small sys file you can load to free up all the conventional memory it otherwise consumes. (OnTrack consumes ~10kB, EzDrive consumes ~5kB - with loading that sys file, it's 0kB for EzDrive)
