Voodoo card chip legs repair

Hi all, There is this damaged Voodoo 2 card I am thinking about getting, it received some hard knocks damaging some legs of one of the chips, see photo attached. I can see one bad leg at the bottom, two at the top and obviously those on the left. How do you suggest to repair such damage? What tools, …
