Don't know if this is the right topic to post these, as I didn't actually pay for it, a colleague just gave me those - but it's not really found in the trash either 😉 1. Asus P2B-DS with Dual 667's, 2. Dell Precision 420 with One 1G/133 Slot 1 and a Slot 1 terminator. Seems to be an RDRAM board?

I would try making a copy of the SE CD in another machine, just to rule out troubles reading the disk .. Does the motherboard support USB boot?

Great comparison! I overclocked the P60 I had to 75mhz and will scan for the screenshots that I took. It was not really fast though. 80mhz did only work for a short amount of time - the northbridge needed cooling from 75 upwards. But since I assume that the P60 doesn't have any multiplier, that …

That's pretty awesome! But no surprise that the performance gain is pretty neglible, considering that period's software usually didn't have more than typically 512k of cache to play with ..
