the setup.exe on both the gta.iso file i found on torrent and the one off the rockstar website just does nothing when I double click on it I'm after the gtados directory anyway, which the steam version doesn't have I'm after the 3dfx version because I think it looks better

I lent my original copy of GTA1 to a friend years ago who has since lost it So a few months ago I decided to get it again through steam buying the rockstar collection however it only includes the windows executables but not the DOS ones which include the 3dfx version I've been looking all over the …

I managed to salvage a sb16 from a storage room of old computers at a warehouse, I plugged it in to my old machine and installed the XP drivers, and set the settings to: IRQ:7 8DMA:1 16DMA:5 But when I try to play my old games (Duke nukem 3d, blood, rise of the triad) the sound is still crap even …

Im wondering in Monkey island 1 & 2 (CD version) I can only get CD tracks in MI1 and midi music in MI2. Did monkey island 1/2 ever have voices in it or was it always silent when people spoke? I do have a sounblaster 16, but since I'm running XP I'm assuming that would affect the audio.

is sdl.dll 1.2.5 in your dosbox folder? try reinstalling dosbox

A nearby computer store has SBVibra 128 on sale for AU$30, and I already have a PCI64 lying around. Should I get it for DOS games, or is PCI64 just fine?

never mind I fixed that 😀 Also if you have the time you could try making the triangles go in both directions like what you see in glidos still I'm sticking to this wrapper, i get heaps more framerate with this one!

I got better result with this exe, i got up to the title screen but after that i get that same error again! BTW, what settings are you useing on the wrapper for blood?

could you attach your 3dfx.exe, i wanna see if it works (it most likely wont, but it doesnt hurt to try) or is the file too big?
