No. If it's not PNP, it's not detected on boot up. It may be detected during installation, but if Windows is already installed, you have to use "Add new hardware", or something...

How much video RAM is there? I suspect 256 KB, so don't expect much more than plain VGA. 800 x 600 x 16 might work, though - try the "Super VGA (800x600, 16 colors)" driver provided with Windows.

There are DOS drivers for RTL8169: ODI and NDIS2. I've successfully used it with mTCP, using the ODI driver + ODIPKT. But for SMB, you need Microsoft Network Client version 3.0 for MS-DOS - which uses NDIS2.

I've got a Terratec EWS64 XL - monster of a card consisting of 6 subdevices, and occupying 3 IRQs. HWiNFO properly lists all IRQs on "Plug-and-Play Subdevice Details" screens. But the "IRQ Assignment" screen only shows one IRQ, from the first subdevice.
