This is alright for a VERY budget build, but way too underpowerd for contemporary games. Something decent for the time would be a Windsor or Brisbane Core Athlon X2 5000-6000. PS: I forgot something, I recently recall that my childhood PC had in the past Windows 98SE and Windows 2000 Professional SP2. Also Windows 2000 was dual-boot with the same Linux I had on it today.
