Picked this up for £5 today at a car boot sale. Seems to work just fine! Although it boots into a chinese install of windows XP SP2. These small laptops dont have batteries or floppy/cd drives so installing windows 98se will be fun. Pentioum 3 500mhz 320mb ram Unsure yet on VGA but google says 4mb …

Sellers pics. Its en-route to me now 😀 Slot 1 AT board. Nice looking AT/ATX crossover case. Integrated speakers in the CDRom bay like LGR showed recently. Says it powers on but they couldnt get a VGA card to work. Could be a fun project. Hope it survives postage!

Possible that they are Vcc for the gpu and it can work without all of them connected but the remaining ones will be getting quite hot?

PCI soundcards are never going to be a dead cert to work in DOS. It can be hit and miss which games will work and how good(or bad) the sound of the emulation is. That board does not appear to support the split voltages of the MMX so you will end up potentially damaging it. Seems the best it can handle would be a 200mhz non MMX (3x66mhz)
