I couldnt hear any difference between A and C although I did prefer the brighter sound from B overall.

If its from a PC just make sure its higher than 12v and it will be fine.

today I decided to swap out my big compaq P2 machine in my room for my much smaller P3 compaq deskpro. I had to put it back together beforehand and managed to snap the plastic heatsink retention thing so now have to wait for a replacement cooler to arrive.

I didnt intend to collect them but my quest to get a nice win95 system has me now up to 6 motherboards. Although 1 is dead and 2 are OEM and only fits into the respective cases. I also have a slot 1 motherboard and a socket A.
