The Asrock 775i65G is good for 533Mhz but would not go that route if you already have some boards that support 800Mhz soc775, get a different cpu. The Asrock Penryn1600 does support 533 but it is limited to the earlier BIOS versions.......

I always had great luck with Samsung chips on any SIMM or DIMM though I do not overclock. No need ! Have enough goodies there is no reason to stress one system when you have others that would beat that other one OC'ed ;p
