I do not think it is a GXA486 variant (but could be) due to most GXA486 variants had PCI slots near the memory slots which this does not. It could be a very early version of the GXA486 but finding any docs will be hard, Unfortunately most of the Epox 486 board docs are long gone.

Using the -12V line and a L7905 (T220 -5V Linear regulator IC) would work well. As for ATX supplies, most all new ones do not have -5v, you need to look for older ones but they most likely need re-capping. An Enlight HPC-300-101 (300w ATX) has -5v, as do older Antec True Power 480 models...

The Asrock 775i65G is good for 533Mhz but would not go that route if you already have some boards that support 800Mhz soc775, get a different cpu. The Asrock Penryn1600 does support 533 but it is limited to the earlier BIOS versions.......
